Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SuperHandles, Inc. ("SuperHandles," "we," "us," "our") regarding your use of the platform at app.superhandles.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
§1The Service
SuperHandles is a basketball-training platform offering paid memberships, training programs, performance tracking via Game Insights, a community feed, and member Player Cards. Specific features available depend on your membership tier (Gold, Diamond, VIP, and Team variants).
We may add, change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We'll notify subscribers by email when changes materially affect a paid feature.
§2Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you can form a legally binding contract under your local laws (or have permission from a parent/legal guardian who can).
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup, and to keep it current.
- Safeguard your password and accept responsibility for any activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@supe.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Not register more than one account, register on behalf of someone else, or create a false identity.
§3Memberships & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed by Stripe at the rate listed when you signed up.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
- On cancellation, your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- Prices may change. We'll notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
- We reserve the right to cancel or deny orders that arise from pricing or typographical errors. We are not responsible for such errors.
§4Refunds
Memberships are non-refundable for changes of mind. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, and cancelling a subscription does not refund payments already charged.
If we materially change a paid feature you signed up for, contact us at support@supe.proand we'll work it out fairly.
For physical products (where applicable), refund and return-shipping terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
§5Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service if you cannot form legally binding contracts, are under 13, or have been suspended from the Service.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or violates any law.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data, or disrupt the platform's operation.
- Scrape, mass-download, redistribute, or resell content from the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any of our software.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications.
- Take any action that may damage the platform or impair its availability for other members.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
§6Community Content
The Service includes member-facing community features — SuperHandles University posts, comments, replies, member-uploaded videos and photos on Player Cards, and direct interactions between members.
By participating, you understand and agree that you will use these features in compliance with these Terms and applicable law, and that you will not post, transmit, or upload:
- Defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, or unlawful material.
- Material that infringes the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).
- Viruses, worms, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
- False, inaccurate, or misleading content (including manipulated performance data).
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or commercial endeavors unrelated to your membership.
- Content collecting other members' personal information without consent.
We do not pre-screen member-posted content but reserve the right to remove, edit, or move any post we consider unacceptable, and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any member-posted content.
§7Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, photos, posts, comments, voice memos, and any other materials).
By uploading, you grant SuperHandles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as resizing or transcoding), and distribute your content within the Service for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the content (subject to standard backup- retention windows).
You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and (b) your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
§8Our Content & Intellectual Property
The SuperHandles name, logo, training programs, video content, Game Insights metrics and methodology, written instruction, software, and overall platform design are the property of SuperHandles and/or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial training purposes during the term of your active membership. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, modify, prepare derivative works from, or create competing services using our content without prior written permission.
You acquire no proprietary interest in our intellectual property by using the Service. You may not remove or obscure any copyright notice or other proprietary notice from the Service.
§9Health & Safety Disclaimer
The Service provides training information for educational and performance purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for it.
Basketball training is a strenuous physical activity that carries risk of injury, whether physical or mental. By using the Service, you understand that:
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training program, particularly if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
- It is your sole responsibility to judge your physical and mental capabilities, warm up appropriately, select an appropriate level of exertion, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.
- SuperHandles is not a medical organization. Our instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing in the Service should be construed as such.
- Any equipment suggested in our content (basketballs, weight balls, hoops, training aids) is optional and used at your discretion. You are responsible for assessing whether any suggested adjustment or equipment is appropriate for your ability and physical condition.
- You expressly waive and release any claim for injury of any kind against SuperHandles, its officers, shareholders, instructors, contractors, employees, affiliates, and representatives, arising from your use of the Service.
You assume all risk of injury arising from your use of the Service.
§10Warranty Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability
You represent and warrant that:
- All information you provide to the Service is correct and current; and
- You have all necessary right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.
You acknowledge and agree that we have no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: which users gain access to the Service; what effects the content may have on you; how you may interpret or use the content; or what actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the content. You release us from all liability for content you have or have not acquired through the Service.
The Service may contain, or direct you to sites containing, information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. We make no representations concerning any content contained in or accessed through the Service, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Service.
THE SERVICE, CONTENT, AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. We may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time. When you use the Service, you understand and agree that you do so at your own risk.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement and the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100).
§11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SuperHandles, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, demand, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) content you upload to the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
§12Termination
You can terminate your account at any time by canceling your membership in account settings and emailing support@supe.pro to delete remaining data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable. If we terminate your paid membership for breach, you are not entitled to a refund of unused subscription fees.
Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Your Content (license grants for content already shared), Intellectual Property, Health & Safety Disclaimer, Warranty Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Non-Waiver & Severability — survive any termination.
§13Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Yamhill County, Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
§14Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
§15Non-Waiver & Severability
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any term, condition, or covenant of this Agreement is not a waiver of any right or remedy we may have, nor a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver by either party of any breach is a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SuperHandles regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Your rights under this Agreement cannot be assigned or transferred without our written consent; we may assign this Agreement to any successor at any time.
§16SMS / MMS Program Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS and MMS messaging program. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during signup or in your account settings, you agree to receive automated text and multimedia messages from SuperHandles.
Program name
SuperHandles Texts (Supe-Brief).
Program description
The opt-in checkbox reads, verbatim: "I agree to receive recurring text messages from SuperHandles, including: Supe-Brief workout summaries, Action Score updates, Shooting Stats, SuperHandles Standards progress, personal-record alerts, occasional voicenotes from Supe, and occasional SuperHandles news, releases, and offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the service. See our Terms and Privacy Policy."

In practice members receive: a "Supe-Brief" text summary of their most recent logged workout (Action Score, shooting stats, SuperHandles Standards progress); a weekly Supe-Brief recapping the past seven days; occasional voicenote messages recorded by the founder (delivered as MMS audio attachments); account notifications such as membership renewals; and occasional updates about new program releases and offers.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typical members receive up to 10 messages per week. High-activity members may receive more.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. SuperHandles is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
How to opt in
Opt in by checking the SMS consent box during signup at app.superhandles.com/membership/welcome or from your account settings at app.superhandles.com/account. The consent box is unchecked by default. Your consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase or use of any SuperHandles product or service.
Mobile information not shared
The mobile information you provide — including your phone number and SMS / MMS consent status — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for any marketing or promotional purpose. Twilio (our SMS provider) processes your phone number solely to deliver the messages you opted into; see our Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any SuperHandles text for assistance, or email support@supe.pro.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any SuperHandles text at any time to immediately stop receiving messages. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
Carriers
The program is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
The SMS / MMS program is available only to mobile numbers registered in the United States. You must be the account-holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
