Delete Your Account & Data

When you request deletion, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your profile — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and shirt size.
• Your mailing address (used for postcards, newsletters, and merchandise shipping).
• Content you created — community posts and comments, direct messages, uploaded photos and videos, and voice notes / voice-logged recordings.
• Your training data — workout logs, Action Score history, Player Card, and Game Insights entries.
• Account and device identifiers — login credentials, session tokens, and push-notification device tokens.

A limited set of records is kept only where the law requires it or where it contains no personal identifiers:

• Payment and transaction records — retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Card details are held by our payment processor (Stripe), not by SuperHandles.
• Anonymized aggregate metrics— for example, "average Action Score across all users" — which can no longer be linked back to you.

We remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days of verifying your request, and purge it from encrypted backups within 90 days. We'll confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

You don't have to delete your whole account to change your data. Signed-in members can update most profile fields, manage notifications, and unsubscribe from emails (footer link) or SMS (reply STOP) any time at app.superhandles.com/account.
