Affiliate Agreement
Version 2026-07-05
This Agreement covers your participation in the SuperHandles Affiliate Program — earning a commission for referring paying SuperHandles University members. By joining the program (via your account or the application form), you agree to the terms below.
§1Eligibility
Affiliates must legally be 18+; if you're under 18 and want to share SU, ask a parent or another person who is 18+ to sign up for the SuperHandles Affiliate Program (it's free to sign up).
§2Disclosure (FTC compliance)
When you share your affiliate link — on social media, in a group chat, in a video, anywhere — you must clearly disclose that it's an affiliate link and that you earn a commission if someone joins through it. A simple, honest line is enough, e.g. "I get a commission if you join through this link" or "#ad" / "#affiliate" next to it. This isn't optional — it's required by the FTC's endorsement guidelines, and we may suspend an affiliate who doesn't disclose.
§3Prohibited traffic and conduct
You may not:
- Buy ads on our brand name ("SuperHandles") or close misspellings of it.
- Pay, incentivize, or trick anyone into clicking your link without genuinely wanting SuperHandles.
- Refer yourself, a household member, or any account you control — commissions on self-referrals are void and will be removed.
- Send spam, use misleading claims about SuperHandles, or impersonate SuperHandles or its coaches.
§4How commissions work
Your commission rate and how long it applies (a set number of months, or the lifetime of the membership) are shown on your affiliate dashboard and can be changed by SuperHandles going forward — a rate change never rewrites commissions you've already earned.
Commissions are calculated on the amount actually collected — a free trial period earns nothing until the first real payment. A new commission is held for a short period before it's payable, so a refund shortly after signup can be netted out cleanly. If a referred member is refunded or successfully disputes a charge after their commission has already been paid out, the commission amount is deducted from your next payout.
§5Payouts
Payouts are made automatically to the bank account you connect via Stripe once your payable balance clears the minimum threshold shown on your dashboard. You're responsible for any taxes owed on your commissions; SuperHandles (via Stripe) may collect tax information and issue applicable tax forms.
§6Term and termination
You may stop participating at any time. SuperHandles may suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation at any time, with or without cause, including for violating this Agreement — commissions already earned in good faith before termination are still paid out on their normal schedule; future referrals after termination don't earn.
§7Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time; the version date at the top reflects the latest change. Continuing to participate in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
